bus stop nearby supermarket central location
i liked that the pickup for tours was right across the street at bus stop 9. it was very convenient for early morning excursions. i also found a supermarket nearby, so i could easily grab snacks. the location made exploring the city simple.

dirty kitchen poor cleaning
The shared kitchen had very few items. It also looked quite dirty. I saw a cleaner that day but maybe I was too early. The cleaner did not do enough. Some things need more cleaning!

Great Location and Basic Comforts!
great location basic food
We had a Single Room. It was very clean. The location is super convenient to the main shopping street. Tour buses meet right across the street! I found a convenience store close with food and clothing.
The bathrooms were shared. There are only two on each floor. Sometimes I had to wait to use the toilet. More bathrooms on each floor are definitely needed.

Staff are nice and helpful. They provided me with lots of information. They also gave some tips for sightseeing and eating nearby. I found receptionists very friendly and professional when I had questions. The check-in process was very easy.

Acceptable Location, Some Disappointments
single glass loud noise
The location was good because bus stop number 9 to meet tours was across the road.
The room was small and the window had only single glass, so I could hear everything happening outside.
